OUR MISSION

Community Health & Wellness:

Working with our partners in the private and government sector to provide medical intervention when needed. Serving as a patient advocate and liaison, connecting patients to qualified providers. Providing financial and material aid to facilitate access to quality health care while keeping all parties accountable.

Community Empowerment:

We serve as a strong advocate for women, children, underrepresented populations and other culturally marginalized groups. Through legal aid, social services and counseling, we strive to  provide emotional, physical and financial safety while designing customized programs that support families and enable them to thrive independently.

Community Outreach:

Through data driven programs, workshops and media, we can target our at risk populations bridging the information gap and enlightening our communities on wellness and healthy holistic living. Arming communities with tools to pursue wholesome existence, thriving in their communities with the tools they already have.

Community Education:

As a critically underserved area where healthcare access and affordability continues to be a life versus death challenge, proactivity is key to the survival and well being of our communities. We strongly believe that proactively educating our target population on lifestyle choices that optimize health and wellness is both cheaper, effective and more efficient than reactive medical aid.
