Community Outreach II - Owerri.

Our Director, Peter Maduka conducted a rural health Ed and community outreach program in Owerri Imo State, Nigeria. We provided some members of the community with relief materials. BP apparatuses were also distributed as high blood pressure continues to be a life threatening health crisis. We also distributed complete multivitamins, personal hygiene materials, clothing, nutritional bars etc. But most importantly, we listened. We listened to their health, emotional and material complaints. We offered relevant and simple executable tools to help them thrive in their community. The children and the elderly are a very vulnerable group in our communities, hence we spent a lot time educating them on holistic living. The need is great, but every little help matters. We are far from our goal but our commitment is steadfast.
